About the Role

Braymont is a performance-driven marketing agency focused on e-commerce growth and striking brand identities. We are looking for a creative, highly autonomous intern to jump right into active client campaigns and internal projects. If you know how to balance clean, premium typography with bold, streetwear or anime-inspired merchandise designs, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do

  • Ad Creatives: Design high-converting visuals for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Identity: Build out brand assets, layouts, and typography systems.
  • Merch Design: Conceptualize apparel and premium merchandise.

What We're Looking For

  • Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in Figma and Canva (our daily tools).
  • Design Eye: A solid grasp of layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Discipline: Ability to manage your own schedule and hit deadlines remotely.

We are looking for a creative, highly autonomous intern to jump right into cutting video for active client campaigns and internal projects. If you know how to craft fast-paced, high-retention video ads and have a pulse on modern digital trends — from sleek brand showcases to bold, anime and gaming-inspired promotional content — we want you on our team.

What You'll Do

  • Performance Video: Edit fast-paced, high-converting short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and digital ad creatives.
  • Storytelling & Pacing: Maximize viewer retention through dynamic cuts, engaging captions, color grading, and sound design.
  • Content Repurposing: Take raw footage or long-form content and transform it into punchy, scroll-stopping promotional assets.

What We're Looking For

  • Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and agile short-form tools like CapCut.
  • Creative Eye: A solid grasp of timing, audio mixing, and what makes a video perform on social platforms.
  • Discipline: Ability to manage your own schedule and hit tight deadlines remotely.
  • Portfolio: A reel or link showcasing your editing work. Applications without a portfolio link will not be reviewed.
